James Higgins

James Higgins is a renowned and naturally gifted yoga and meditation instructor from The San Francisco Bay Area with twenty-seven years of teaching experience in 2024. He offers a unique, inspired, and original style of Hatha Vinyasa Yoga with an emphasis on meditation, soul harmonization, and deep personal healing through somatic attunement. His teaching and practice style is slowed down in steady awareness, emotional intelligence, and technical proficiency while focused on what is meaningful in spiritual connection and self-reflection. He empowers his students to experience the very best of themselves in the body, mind, heart, and soul while gaining strength, releasing tensions, and opening further to the higher dimensions of intelligence within the depths of the heart. All his classes are curated as a journey of self-discovery, providing a safe, supportive environment infused with kindness, clarity, and love. He leads retreats and periodically offers workshop classes throughout Europe and select USA locations. He has conducted workshop classes in Austria, Switzerland, Ireland, Netherlands, Germany, England, Hungary, Czech Republic, South Africa, and has led retreats in Greece, Mexico, Hawaii, India, Bali, and Guatemala.
