How might we relate to the demands and opportunities of life as teachings on how to live wholeheartedly? How do we heal our spirit and nourish our enthusiasm?
These powerful questions can help us discover the compassion and courage needed to address our challenges. Zen practice fosters a resilient and patient acceptance of the challenges that each of us faces. Within the soothing environment of Tassajara, we will use meditation, experiential and writing exercises, poetry, and Zen stories to stimulate insightful inquiry that can guide us in addressing our challenges and appreciating our life and the people in it.
