Description

We live in a time of profound transition—a liminal space on both macro and micro levels. From the shifting political and cultural landscape of the United States to deeply personal transitions, we find ourselves in the “in between”: no longer what we were, but not yet what we will become.

Rooted in Buddhist teachings, this retreat invites participants to lean into these times of change and transition as opportunities for growth, clarity, and transformation. Rather than fearing the uncertainty of liminality, we will explore it as sacred ground—a space that calls us to deepen our spiritual practices, reclaim personal sovereignty, and shape our own becoming with intention.

Through Zen meditation, movement, reflective inquiry, and practical tools, participants will learn to:

  • Stand steady when everything seems to be shifting.
  • Move from resistance to receptivity and fear to flourishing.
  • Cultivate inner strength, resilience, and purpose as conscious participants in our personal and collective journeys.

What We’ll Explore:

  • Practical strategies to navigate uncertainty with clarity, intention, and compassion.
  • Seeing our own lives as a reflection of the collective “becoming.”
  • Cultivating a sense of purpose, courage, and responsibility in liminal spaces.
  • Creating daily rituals and habits that anchor us during transitions.
  • Deepening meditation, breathwork, and embodiment practices to build resilience.
  • Transforming liminality into a space of opportunity, growth, and emergence.

This retreat is for individuals navigating personal, professional, or collective transitions – leaders, seekers, healers, and anyone feeling the ground shifting beneath them. Whether you are facing changes in relationships, work, identity, or within the larger world, this retreat will offer tools, community, and guidance to help you stand resilient and emerge stronger, clearer, and more grounded.
