In this 4-session course, we will explore a model of successful recovery that is grounded in cognitive, spiritual, and cultural health and wellness. Together, we will examine the role of culture, family history, and spirituality in creating a sustainable and individualized approach to recovery.

This course draws on Buddhist teachings, Indigenous traditions, and innovative spiritual practices as paths to healing. Each session includes mindful reflection on how our experiences with trauma, isolation, and family dynamics contribute to addiction and are essential to address for effective recovery.

Participants are invited to identify and engage with various skills and tools. These include meditation, prayer, forgiveness, interdependence, self-respect, mutual respect, and natural goodness. Together, these practices can enhance the experience of a successful and sustainable recovery.

Join us in co-creating new experiences of recovery and a life that encompasses our wildest dreams.
