As we approach the end of the year, with its holidays and celebrations, we also enter the darkest days—a season of reflection and renewal. While December often brings the pressure to be joyful, it’s also an opportunity to pause, reconnect with ourselves, and honor our own rhythms as we close out the year with intention.
End the Year Heart-First is a half-day online workshop designed to support this reflection. Through guided meditation, art journaling, gentle movement, and mindful eating, we’ll spend the morning slowing down and tuning in. This is a chance to digest the year, notice what has nourished you, and explore what you continue to practice. No prior meditation experience or artistic skills are required—just bring an open heart, an open mind, and simple supplies.
For attendees, much of the morning will take place in silence, giving you the space to be fully present with yourself in a spirit of warmth and curiosity. In the midst of December’s busyness, this workshop offers a chance to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your creativity and inner rhythm in an uplifting, supportive space.
A link to a recording of the class will be shared with all registrants after the event. The recording will be available for three weeks after the class.
