Returning to the root is called Stillness; Stillness is called the Source of Life.—Dao De Jing, Chapter 16
As nature slows down in the fall and leaves return to the earth, we are invited to turn inward and reconnect with our roots. In this workshop, we will explore the timeless wisdom of Zen and Daoist teachings on meditation, awareness, and embracing the natural cycles of life.
Through an immersive blend of teachings, meditation, gentle movement, and reflective exercises, we will cultivate an appreciation for the abundance life has offered, release what no longer serves us, restore our natural balance, and prepare ourselves for a season of renewal.
Please come dressed in comfortable, layered clothing suitable for meditation and outdoor activities.
