Sunday, October 26, 10 am–4:00 pm, in the Stillwater Hall
As nature slows down in the fall and leaves return to the earth, we are invited to turn inward and reconnect with our roots. Nested within the serene autumn beauty of Green Gulch Farm, this workshop explores the timeless wisdom of Zen and Daoist teachings on meditation, awareness, and the art of embracing life's natural cycles.
Through an immersive blend of teachings, meditation, gentle movement, and reflective exercises, we will cultivate an appreciation for the abundance life has offered, let go of what no longer serves us, and restore our inner balance, preparing ourselves for a season of renewal and growth.
Please come dressed in comfortable, layered clothing suitable for meditation and outdoor activities.
