Description

This workshop is being offered as a livestreamed, online option only. See below for fees and registration link.

Explore ways to meet and practice with our habitual patterns in the middle of “not knowing.”

When we set out to do meaningful work in the world, to work with purpose ... we put ourselves in great uncertainty. And in the middle of that, our habitual patterns show themselves: procrastination, distraction, worrying, seeking control, complaining, exiting. In this workshop, we examine those patterns and talk about how to play with them. And how to use them as a path for transformation and practice.

Participants will work with mindfulness practices drawn from Buddhist traditions and Leo’s work in training people to shift their habitual patterns. They’ll practice fearlessly being with fear, discomfort and uncertainty so that they can actualize purpose in their work while opening into freedom.

No reading will be required, but participants can learn more with Leos Fearless Purpose training package and ebook: https://zenhabits.net/fearless-purpose/
