Description

This event will be held at The Commons, at 540 Laguna St. in Hayes Valley.

In the first two parts of this series we explored what a spiritual practice is, why it's useful to have one, how to choose from the many options, and how to get started with first steps. In part three, we will recap what has been explored thus far and then unpack ways to strengthen, mature, and build on what we have begun. Previous attendance in the first two parts of the series is not required; this class will help all participants to synthesize what they have gathered on their own in order to build scaffolding that supports growth. This talk includes many practical exercises to help participants go deeper in their personal grounding, and address their daily anxieties, conflicts, and aspirations by providing a framework to slowly collect and build healthy ways of navigating life.

Schedule:

  • 6:00–6:15 pm: Arrive & check in
  • 6:15 pm: Talk begins
  • 7:00 pm: Q&A
