Saturday & Sunday, April 18-19, 2015
(CEUs available)

Many of us can benefit from new ways of finding calm and balance. We invite you to join us for two days in the beautiful Green Gulch valley to discover internal resources that will support efficient relaxation and restoration of your body, mind and emotions.

The Green Gulch Farm Honeybee Sanctuary: A New Framework for Living with Bees, GGF 5/30
with Michael Joshin Thiele
Saturday, May 30, 2015

In this class we will explore a radical shift in apiculture towards bee-centric management. We will examine how principles of wild honeybee nests and sanctuaries can inform our apiaries, be a resource for health and invigorate “backyard beekeeping.”

The Awakened Writer: Unleashing the Story Within, GGF 6/6
with Ivory Madison and Do-On Robert Thomas

Maya Angelou said, “There is no agony like bearing an untold story within you.” Writing is art that you make with your hands, and almost everyone, at some crucial point in their lives, longs to do it. Zazen is art that you make with your life. Writing, like zazen, allows something inside of us to be set free. In this workshop, you will begin to let go of your stories by setting them free.
