2013 March 27 When the Full Moon Ceremony coincides with our usual Wednesday evening Dharma talk, the ceremony is preceded by small group meetings in which the participants discuss their reflections on the precepts. The ceremony is a formal confession, repentance, and reavowal, accompanied by several bows. If this is your first Full Moon Ceremony or if you are unfamiliar with the forms, please follow others in offering incense before entering the Buddha Hall and be sure to take a chant card. For more information, contact the office at 415.863.3136. Some Full Moon Ceremonies are recorded on our live stream web site.
