Liberation through Recovery: The Four Noble Truths & the Noble Eightfold Path

During this four-week online course, we will explore the intersection between recovery and the foundational teachings of the Four Noble Truths. This online course is offered by San Francisco Zen Center, in coordination with the SFZC affiliate group Meditation in Recovery. Based upon a pan-recovery orientation, people interested in all types of recovery are welcome.

Together we will bring forward not just the teachings of the Twelve Steps and the Four Noble Truths, but also will inquire into the results of these paths--the experience of liberation from our suffering.

The Course Includes:

  • Four Dharma Talks, one each week
  • Four Live Webinars presented by Cynthia and Steven
  • Access to a private, interactive course website & discussion forum
  • Supplemental course materials
  • An Online Zendo

LIVE webinars will be held on four Wednesdays: 2/13, 2/20, 2/27 and 3/6 from 6:00-7:00 PM Pacific time)
All live sessions will be recorded so you will never miss a session, and can listen at your convenience any time.
