with Samantha Ostergaard and Do-An Robert Thomas August 3-5 (Friday-Sunday)
$170 ($145/Member)
All levels welcome.
Return to your true nature with powerful practices that can transform your life.
In this weekend retreat, we will use yoga and meditation to explore the Bodhisattva’s practice of turning each moment of our life into a moment of acceptance, compassion, and awakened activity that benefits ourselves and others. Alternating sessions of yoga, meditation, and discussions about Zen, we will restore and realign with our deepest intentions as human beings. You will leave renewed and ready to extend the Bodhisattva’s “work” of living life for the benefit of all beings.
