Qigong combines movement, meditation, and breathing to greatly benefit our body and mind.Qigong, an ancient Chinese healing and spiritual tradition, is widely known to improve the Qi and blood circulation and strengthen the immune and nervous systems. In this retreat among the serene and sacred Tassajara mountains, students will be studying the fundamental principles of Qigong and receiving group Qi field healing through the practice of Dynamic and Static Qigong.

Liping Julia Zhu
Liping Zhu L.Ac. is a certified Qigong and Taichi instructor from China and a disciple of Taoist Master Yu Anren. She is the Qigong instructor at the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, a former resident of SF Zen Center and currently has an acupuncture practice in San Francisco.
