with Ana Poirier and Kanzan David Zimmerman September 1-6 (Sunday-Friday)
All levels welcome.
As summer comes to a close and a new season beckons us to turn inwards, we accept the opportunity to celebrate the bounty of life with this very body-mind. Let the creative union of Yin Yoga and Zen meditation assist you to quiet the mind and replenish the body. Experience how these grounding practices support and encourage you to deepen and relax into your core. There you will discover the ability to cultivate peace, expansiveness and ease, bringing balance to the emotions and release of deep-seated tensions. The combination of Yin and Yang Flow Yoga along with wisdom practices allows you to surrender what limits you and open to a fuller presence, so you can enjoy the abundance of your true, awakened self. Instruction for mindful and healing nutrition will also be offered.
Retreat fee: $370 ($315/member)
