All Levels are welcome
Cultivate the capacity to be relaxed and present with all things.Students will have ample time to learn, practice, experience, and embody how to skillfully be alive and embrace their daily lives, In honor of the fullness and complexity of our lives, we’ll set aside this time as an opportunity for spiritual practices to serve us. We can learn to skillfully and openly meet what comes to us on a daily basis.
In this supportive environment Lisa and Linda intertwine the ancient teachings of Hatha, Yin, and Therapeutic Yogas, with Zen instruction and sitting practice. Dialogue and Insight teachings will be offered for students to learn how to use practice in the midst of daily life, and all things.
Through Yoga, we’ll wake up the breath and body, explore and release what binds us or keeps us from naturally flowing with life. In sitting meditation, we’ll let the body breathe itself, resting in silence and simplicity. Lisa and Linda will share practices to help you find your rhythm of moving from activity into stillness and back again.
Retreat fee: $310 ($264/member)
