Join us as we collaborate in developing simple mindfulness practices to help you find focus and clarity in your daily life at work. Together we will identify and nurture our inner resources to deal with the constant stream of interruptions, distractions and technology. Zazen, walking meditation, and mental flexibility exercises will help you learn to be mindful and find peace even in the midst of busy-ness and chaos.
