This program will give students an excellent opportunity to connect with nature, unwind, stimulate growth, and establish and integrate positive patterns and practices in their daily lives.
Some experience in yoga or meditation recommended.
July 20-27 (Friday-Friday) $450
July 22-27 (Sunday-Friday) $370 Explore the traditional practices of Yoga and Zen, as transmitted from the ancient sages.
Enter into the stillness at the heart of undivided activity, and flow with dynamic movement at the heart of meditation. Through asana (physical postures), pranayama (breath work), chanting, zazen (sitting meditation), group discussions, dharma talks and one-on-one guidance, we will deepen our awareness and cultivate a path that leads to the true potential of our body and mind.
Our work together will facilitate the movement of energy, leading to natural states of balance, fluidity and grace. We will experience, through our practices, timeless wisdom in action, and meditations that bring greater and greater levels of strength, wholeness and joy.
Our retreats are for everyone, from beginners, to advanced meditation and yoga practitioners and yoga teachers who wish to continue learning and growing and being inspired by the light of wisdom and love.
