These practices each lead to deep calm and quiet in your mind and body, allowing your heart to blossom. Formulated to bring you to your edge, Ann’s vinyasa flow classes touch long-held tension and insecurities, melting them in the gentle fire of your own alchemical process. Susan will invite you into the steadiness of daily Zen meditation encouraging awareness of breath and the return to your still point. Denise’s classes inspire radical change and honesty through Kundalini yoga, one of the most transformative paths available today.

Retreat fee: $265 ($225/Member)

Ann Averbach

Ann Averbach is committed to helping others transform their lives through yoga. Founder of DiviniTree Yoga Santa Cruz and Santa Barbara, her mission is to build conscious community. When she is not on her yoga mat, Ann can be found hiking in nature, traveling the world, gardening, or gathering with friends and family over farm to table meals.

Denise Kirpal Lapides

Denise Kirpal Lapides fuses her life on and off the mat by balancing study, family, spiritual practice, work, play and stillness. Decades of practice, learning to see challenges as opportunities, and humor inspire her instruction. Denise teaches yoga, is an Ayurvedic Practitioner, and the Director of Teacher Training for DiviniTree Yoga and Arts Studio.

Nancy Petrin
Nancy Petrin began Zen practice in 1996 through the Organic Farm and Garden Apprenticeship at Green Gulch Farm, where she lived and practiced for nine years. She is currently residing at SFZC’s City Center, serving as head student (shuso) with City Center Abiding Abbot Ed Sattizahn.
