The word Prajna suggests an embodied wisdom that permeates every cell. Prajna Yoga employs detailed guidance with a focus on internal alignment in postures, pranayama, and ayurveda to facilitate a renewed appreciation for the body. These practices, coupled with Zen meditation, will give insight into all aspects of your body and mind bringing greater awareness and subsequent health. Balance vigor with rejuvenation and return home to your body, clear your mind, and open your heart. Tassajara offers the perfect container for this inner journey with incredible food, healing baths, and unparalleled natural beauty.
