Taiji Push Hands as Embodied Communication, GGF 10/6

With Sally Chang and Siobhan Cassidy
In Stillwater Hall

  Sunday, October 6, 9:30 am – 4:30 pm

Using gentle Wudang Taiji Push Hands, experience the integration of energetic, physical, and verbal qualities of wholehearted relating. Taiji is meditation in motion, connecting our mind to intrinsic vitality, and learning how our energy and actions can impact others.

We will bring together Sally’s expertise in Taiji and Traditional Chinese Medicine with Siobhan’s experience as a communications coach and mediator as well as a longtime practitioner of Soto Zen.

Sally and Siobhan are known for actively illuminating the depth of their wisdom traditions with lightness and warmth.
