This retreat will offer in-depth meditation instruction, periods of sitting and walking meditation, a dharma talk, discussion and a 12-step meeting. There will also be time to explore the beauty of the Green Gulch gardens and grounds. This daylong respite from the busyness of our lives and the city is appropriate for both newcomers (to recovery and/or to Buddhism) and seasoned practitioners. Please dress in loose, comfortable clothing. The weather at Green Gulch may be cooler and/or wetter than in the city, so please be prepared with extra layers.
Please join us for this gentle one-day sitting amid the beauty that is Green Gulch Farm. Please wear loose dark clothing, NO scents, and bring a bag lunch.
Fee: $70; $63 current SFZC members; $56 limited income.
