Buddhism has inspired a deep and extensive study of the mind. Early Buddhist texts can be viewed as some of the world's first-ever psychology books. Whereas the science of psychology has been developing for perhaps a century and a half in modern times, Buddhist psychology has been developing for two and a half millennia.

Zazen is art that you make with your life. Writing, like zazen, allows something inside of us to be set free. In this workshop, you will begin to let go of your stories by setting them free.
