Wheelwright Center at Green Gulch

This day-long retreat will include integrative instruction in both Zen and Yoga. Our focus will be on how to illuminate the physical, physiological and spiritual practice of the Four Divine Abidings, an ancient Buddhist teaching on how to live in one's own body and mind as a temple. We will explore how each of the four (friendliness, compassion, sympathetic joy and equanimity) can be cultivated and nourished through the body, and how the four abidings respond by turning body and mind into a field of blessings.

Participants of all ages and abilities are welcome.

Fee:
$80; $72 current SFZC members; $64 limited income. A delicious organic vegetarian lunch in the Green Gulch dining room is included. Some partial scholarships available; see About Registration, Scholarships, and Cancellations.

Registration: Use the ticket table below (available soon). Or call our toll free number (888.743.9362) or our local number (415.475.9362).
