Step Into Your Life: A Zen-Inspired Retreat

Sunday, February 7 - Wednesday, February 10, 2010
led by Marc Lesser and Meg Levie

The retreat will begin with dinner at 6 pm on Sunday and will end on Wednesday after lunch at 1 pm.

In our world of busyness, of more/faster/better, this three-day retreat offers time to stop, reflect, and renew. Together we will follow a gentle schedule of sitting and walking meditation, interspersed with time to get to know and learn from each other. You will have time to stroll the gardens, walk on the beach, and find renewed peace and creativity in this beautiful valley alive with deer, foxes, and herons. Each participant will also have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with the workshop leaders.

Workshop fee (housing not included): $290.00 regular; $261.00 SFZC members; $232.00 low income.

NOTE: Rooms will be held for reservations until December 20; after that date, availability of accommodations cannot be guaranteed.

Housing options (fee includes meals):
Small single: $90 per night; $270 for three nights
Large single: $110 per night; $330 for three nights
Small double: $160 per night; $480 for three nights
Large double: $180 per night; $540 for three nights

It is possible to participate in this retreat as a commuter.

Commuters, please prepay for meals at Green Gulch. Add to the workshop fee $8 for breakfast, $10 for lunch or dinner. Inform the office when you register which meals you plan to have at Green Gulch.

Call the Green Gulch office at 415.383.3134 to register.
