Meditation practice can be described as a method of embodied alignment with our inmost request. In this seven-week class, participants will explore a repertoire of 25 basic poses including the seated meditation posture from the point of view of alignment throughout body, mind, and breath.

Please wear comfortable clothing that exposes knees and elbows, and come with an empty stomach. Participants of a wide variety of ability and experience are welcome; there is a short flight of stairs to the door of the Conference Center.

Class is by donation at the class meeting.
