Everyone welcome.

Learn to elicit understanding, rather than defensiveness or criticism, through Nonviolent Compassionate Communication.

The people closest to us — spouses, children, friends, even co-workers — are also frequently those with whom we experience the most conflict and pain. This workshop introduces Nonviolent Compassionate Communication, a model for us to present our needs and dissatisfaction to another completely free of blame, criticism, or guilt, and elicit their understanding. We’ll practice these skills by addressing our own real life examples.
