A Labor Day Weekend Yoga and Zen Retreat

Open your heart and give the world your beauty through practice, support, and patience.

Come, set aside the busyness of your daily life, and join us in celebrating two practices that open your heart and reconnect you with your wholeness. On this Labor Day Weekend, Lisa and Linda will honor the traditions of Hatha Yoga and Zen. We’ll focus specifically on yoga postures that open the heart, and meditation practices to develop calm, spacious awareness. Through strong Hatha Yoga, with specific instruction on alignment, your physical body will find an underlying current of oneness or flow, a deep sense of connection. Yin Yoga Postures are targeted to open up the shoulders and hips, and melt the deeper layers of resistance. Cultivating the boundless field of awareness, old habits and tendencies begin to drop away. As the flow of practice opens our bodies and minds, we can play freely, enjoying our natural being.
