Ecosattvas Group

The Ecosattvas is an environmental awareness and education group. The City Center branch of the Ecosattvas is dedicated to improving our ecoliteracy, as well as that of our neighbors and friends. This group is for both residential and non-residential sangha members. Please join us as we expand our horizons and learn about the Earth and environmental issues, together.

Saturday Sangha
Saturdays 8:50 am - 1 pm

The Saturday Sangha is a group that meets each week to help care for the public program at City Center. Individuals in the group learn a variety of basic zendo jobs, sometimes help in the kitchen, and generally pitch in to help the Saturday program.

Thursday Meditation, Conversation and Tea

This weekly Thursday sitting is open to all, including those beginning practice or who are unfamiliar with Zen Center forms, as well as those for whom an evening sitting is more convenient. One 35-minute period of sitting meditation in the zendo at 7:30 pm is followed by an optional question-and-answer session with tea upstairs.
