10 am - 2 pm
We will take up the topic of Sanctuary together at this workshop through still and moving meditation and dialogue, revealing our shared and individual wisdom. Specific topics for dialogue will come from participants at the event and are likely to include practicing with chronic pain and illness, body-mind reactions to rapidly changing bodies, and strategies for continuing to enjoy rich, textured lives as we fully embody old age, sickness and death. Note to Participants:
- It is important that you are as comfortable as possible during this workshop. Please feel free to bring your own chair, cushions, pillows, indoor shoes and so forth, if helpful. Chairs and cushions will be available at City Center as well.
- Please bring a simple sack lunch, including at least one item that you especially enjoy.
