How can we find composure and stillness in seated meditation practices every day? When we methodically explore the layers of body and mind, our organs of perception and organs of action work in harmony. We become settled and still, and naturally rest in a purified state of awareness.
This eight-week Iyengar yoga class will systematically build a foundation for a stable, comfortable seated meditation practice. Sequences will be presented for home practice. Please come with an empty stomach, clean hands and feet, and comfortable clothing that exposes hands, feet and knees. Fees:
$160; $144, current SFZC members; $96, limited income. Some partial scholarships available. (About Registration, Scholarships and Cancellations
