with Dr. Zenju Earthlyn Manuel
Enter into the ancient sound of our voices, drums, bells, and other percussion instruments. Arouse deep compassion, love and wisdom by aligning with the pulse of our hearts.
An environment will be created to use drums, bells, and other percussion instruments to reveal buddha nature. We will sit in silent meditation between each rhythm session. There will be chanting to bring the voice into the experience. This is an opportunity to begin or further a dharma practice with the use of sound and rhythm. No experience in drumming, chanting, or meditation is needed. All that is needed is a beginner's mind and an open heart. If you have a drum or percussion instrument of any kind please bring it. Some instruments will be provided.
